You can request a return within 3 days of confirmed delivery if any of the following applies:  

• The wrong item was received
• The item is not as it was described in the listing
• The item has a defective not noted on the condition description

Otherwise, all purchases are FINAL SALE. Please email returns@shoprosejp.com with more information. Returns are processed in store credit only.
